# How can I sign up for the restorers directory?

As a conservator you have the possibility to register easily and free of charge in the Romoe Conservators Network, proceed as follows:
  1. Click as a guest on the green "Signup" button at the top right.
  2. In the displayed form you can register free of charge and without obligation. Please make sure to enter the correct email address, after registration an email will be sent to activate your user account!
  3. After receiving the email, please click on the "activation link" in the email to activate your user account, after that you can log in to the Conservators Network at any time using your "username" and your "personal password" under the link www.romoe.com/login.
  4. Only after logging in can you "edit your Romoe profile via the "My Page" area as well as assign your categories such as fields of work and status. After this assignment you will automatically appear in the "Romoe Profile" and "Romoe Areas of Expertise" sections. In your "My Page" you can also describe your company profile and create details about your company or your person.
All the steps described above are absolutely free and non-binding! However, we are happy about a backlink to our romoe network.


# Do I have to pay a membership fee?

No, the standard entry as well as the registration in the Romoe Conservators Network is free and without obligation.


# What are the benefits of registering with Romoe?

# What happens to my personal data after registration?

anuvito GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and our Data Protection Declaration.
The marked fields during registration will be visible in the context of documentation and the Romoe forums für other users on the net. Thus, for example, the address and business telephone number are visible after the assignment in your "profile" as a dipl. restorer, restoration company, restorer in the craft, or restorer - artisan (general) for all users. The e-mail address is only visible for registered members after registration. However, if you do not specify an association with your Romoe profile after registration and are only interested in the Romoe Conservators Network, only your username and e-mail address will be visible in connection with posts and comments. Personal data such as passwords will be kept strictly confidential.

# I forgot my password, how can I log in again?

If you have forgotten your current password, you can have it sent to you by providing your email address. To do this, click in the login area www.romoe.com/login on the link "I forgot my password." and follow the instructions in the mail.

# I entered my password incorrectly 3 times, how to unlock my access again?

Please contact "support@romoe.com", you will get a new password sent to your email.


# How can I receive the Romoe newsletter?

After signing up, you can "manage your newsletters and notifications in the "My Page / Subscriptions" section.


# How can I cancel my membership and delete my account?

We ask you to understand that a membership can only be terminated via an identity check, but not via a request via contact form. Register for the last time in our network at:

Confirm the user account delete with your current password.
After that we will remove your user account, as well as all personal data, it can also not be restored.

# Why am I not listed in the "Romoe Profile" section after registration?

After the free and non-binding registration, you are assigned as "interested party" by the Romoe network. Only after you have assigned your profile further categories (eg restorers, restoration company,... ), you are automatically listed in the "Romoe Profile" area. In your personal area you can adjust the assignment under categories at any time. Only through free documentation or references you will be listed in the "Romoe Regions" and "Romoe Specialties" areas.


# Why is my category not listed?

If a category, method, or specialty that is important to you is not listed, you can always suggest a new category. Use our contact form and please write a short reason why we should include the category.

# How can I create a documentation/reference?

First, log in with your email address and password. Then in the upper area is a link "Documentation area", please click there on the link "Create new documentation".


# Why is my documentation not online?

After you have created your new documentation, you must "assign your documentation to the "Romoe Team Check" under the last link "Activation/Status". After that, your documentation will be "checked and unlocked by the Romoe team.

Criteria of the release:
- Exact designation place, object, general description
- Observance of the max. characters of the brief description
- Topic restoration, no advertising prüche like "I sell Möbel"


# Why is my category or specialties not listed?

If a category, method, or specialty that is important to you is not listed, you can always suggest a new category. Use our contact form and please write a short reason why we should include the category.

# How/Where do I search for restorers?

The Romoe Conservators Network offers extensive possibilities to find a restorer in your area as well as a special field of expertise. So you can, for example, in the "Romoe regions" area to search for references of a restorer or a restorer in your state. Furthermore, you can search for references in restoration specialties in the "Romoe Specialties" area. Several cataloged listings of restorers can also be found in the "Romoe Profile" area, here are e.g. lists of "Dipl. Restauratoren" and lists members of the "VDR - Verband der Restauratoren".
In the search bar you have the possibility over the input of a search word to look for restorers. Enter here, for example, a last name or a place.


# How/Where do I search for restorer supplies?

In our search you can find in the "Topics" area and the input of a search term dealers and companies with restorers supplies. (Search term e.g. "pigments")


# How can I suggest a link?

In our "Romoe WebLink" section, please select a category and then click on the orange link "Suggest a Link" in the upper section. Now you can enter a web address and describe details in the next step.
