L'ATELIER DE SANTI Santiago Ortega Sánchez-Diezma

Since 1988, after studying at the Superior School of Restoration of Cultural Property in Madrid, I have worked as a restoration technician in various communities and for public and private institutions. I have worked regularly in the Community of Madrid, Junta de Castilla y León, Community of Castilla La Mancha, Aragón, and, currently in the Community of La Rioja.

Highlights include the restoration of altarpieces because my specialty is the restoration of polychrome painting and sculpture. But in the long work experience I have had the opportunity to work on other materials such as stone, wood, metal, etc. Painting on canvas, twill and board, interior and exterior wall painting, stone sculpture and decorated facades, are techniques in which I have had the opportunity to intervene.
